Cutting capital gains to zero is a joke. How many companies with 1-10 employees EVER experience a capital gain? That’s like telling me I can have all the size zero jeans I want for free. It means nothing to me. That’s the kind of smoke and mirror promises that cause people not to believe anything the administration says.

I am a small Mortgage Broker in Fort Wayne, IN.and have been contacting every agency about the Obama money, but no one seems willing to offer any encouragement for me to go further.I have been in the Mortgage business for 40 years and owned my own company since 3/06.I am 69 years old and I do not want to retire as I feel that it would cause me to get old. Please if you can, put me in touch with somebody who can help my company with working capital. Thank You

It is very good that something is finally moving in small business world. Because there aren’t only big corporations out there. Small business are also trying to survive these critical times …
Other good idea is to establish your own “small company” in these hard times and work from home. Work from home is actually quite simple nowadays. It saved me and helped me get through last year.
